Will Schafer is a third generation Dealer with Master Buick GMC. He attended Augusta Preparatory School and graduated in 1986. He then received his Business Administration Degree at Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC. Having worked at the dealership since he was a teenager, he went on to receive a Diploma from the Dealer Candidate Academy in 1991. He has worked in the Sales, Parts, and Service department in his 27 years with Master. He currently serves on many community boards including Westminster School of Augusta, Crossover Communications International, and Columbia International University. He is the current President of the Augusta, Aiken Buick GMC Dealers Marketing Association, NADA Presidcnt’s Club and a Member of the Rotary Club.

Your new service representative Mark Conner went above and beyond to help me get my 2021 Denali timing belt fixed. The Parts team and manager of the dealership did everything to make my visit a nightmar and beyond to help me get my 2021 Denali timing belt fixed. The Parts team and manager of the dealership did everything to make my visit a nightmare. I was told the belt was on national back order. Much to my surprise I called a couple of owner's of other GMC dealerships and found 3. One of the dealers even offered to come pick up my Denali on a rollback and take it to St. George to fix it. The parts manager and owner need to realize with a little extra work they can help their customers. I should never have been told to take my vehicle home but do not drive it. More
