Simply Horrible Vehicle was scheduled 2 weeks in advance for a service and spark plug chage. I even spoke to the service writer two days in advance to remind them. Told him my daughter is bringing my wifed vehicle in for us, so call me with any issues. I never received a call and still waited over 5 1/2 hours......for a service! More

Check Engine Light On Tuesday, June 4, I had a 10:15 am appt with service writer Brad to determine why the check engine light was lit on my display system. I was told I would get a call as to what was the reason. I never received that call. I had an appt elsewhere so my boyfriend stayed at the dealership. Later, He inquired about my car and was told they were waiting on the report. I got back to the dealership around 3 pm and no one had advised me or my boyfriend the status of my car. I went to the service desk and inquired about it. Brad had gone to lunch. Another service writer went and checked on my car and said it was ready. The communication between me and my service writer was less than adequate. More

Unexpected radiator problem My radiator cracked and left me and my son on the roadside. Brad recommended a tow service and then facilitated the repair. Poorest service department ever encountered! My first ever experience here. I called to let them know I was about 10 minutes out,and asked if I should reschedule. She checked and told me Brad My first ever experience here. I called to let them know I was about 10 minutes out,and asked if I should reschedule. She checked and told me Brad was doing my service and to come on. When I arrived, no one was in sight. I walked in and no one spoke to me. It was a frigid atmosphere. I asked girl at phone if Brad was in. She pointed to him and I waited for him to get off phone and to finish conversation with man at his side. He looked blankly at me and asked what I needed. I told him my name and that I was here for an oil change. He asked if I needed a tire rotation? I told him I didn't know. With every other service to every other car I've owned, there's a schedule of things to do. Did he not have the courtesy to check my mileage or other points of inspection to see what I needed done? Clearly not, and no inclination to check on his own. I asked how long it would take, and he said an hour and a half. I asked for the shuttle to take me home, and he said there's no shuttle there. He didn't know where it was or when or if it would return. So I wandered around to find a sitting area. I sat for about 5 minutes, and could not sit any longer in the chairs. I have had 3 spine surgeries, and the chairs were too uncomfortable for me to sit in any longer. I looked for Brad and couldn't find him, so I asked the girl at the phone where he was, for I needed my car. I heard sarcasm in her voice when she told him I needed my car. With such an already frigid environment, her tone of voice was a little disturbing. I mean this is a "service" department, not an "inconvenience" department. When Brad came up, I asked for my keys and he said that they were "in the car". I asked where in the car, and he looked at me like I was crazy. I asked, "where in the car", and he reluctantly said, "in the cup holder". As I was leaving, I told him I'd never be back again. With such a frigid atmosphere, and rude employees, I could never recommend, nor tolerate - much less accept - the type of customer service offered at this dealership. More

Great.staff willing to take the job and run with it. The service and reception was great. Unfortunately we had a run in with the extended warranty plan (Asurance) which I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Ho The service and reception was great. Unfortunately we had a run in with the extended warranty plan (Asurance) which I wouldn't recommend to anyone. However, your management staff made the situation better. I only have one negative comment: I feel that $400 labor costs for a $51 part and 2 hours was a smidgen much. Carter More
