Good but very expensive! Had to return to get car fixed righ They replaced a water pump on my 2012 chevy cruze ltz.the car had a leak and only leaked every night. They said they fixed it but when I got home and They replaced a water pump on my 2012 chevy cruze ltz.the car had a leak and only leaked every night. They said they fixed it but when I got home and started the vehicle I noticed coolant on the garage floor. Took it back they said it needed a hose clamp and replaced it and resolved the leak.I was quoted $120 diagnostic fee on the phone but was charged $153 when they finished I disputed it but was told I would still be charged it if they did not fix it. They fixed the vehicle but are very expensive $1024. More

Didn't check air pressure as indicated. Air pressure in tires was not checked and was told it was. I pulled back around and Brad said the system had to reset, I couldn't just drive around pa Air pressure in tires was not checked and was told it was. I pulled back around and Brad said the system had to reset, I couldn't just drive around parking lot. This is not true. Wasn't happy with his reply to that. Tech came out and put air in left front. It registered without me moving after he put air in. Whoever serviced vehicle just didn't do it!! Makes me wonder what else wasn't checked. Maybe Brad needs to familiarize himself with a vehicle before making a snide comment making me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about! More

My service manager was so personable and really listen to my needs and my concerns about my vehicle and took time to explain everything that was going to be done and if I didn’t know what was being done he explained it to me. I will definitely come back to this service department and request same service manager. More

Quick repair of DEF tank heater. I was traveling through. Had to replace DEF tank heater. Master handled it quickly and efficiently. Had parts on hand. Got me back on road asap. Amazing Service Dept I usually would do work myself or find the good deals for service but that all changed when I dealt with Master Buick GMC. They will tell you they are giving you a 30 day warranty on top of the manufacturer warranty don't believe them More
