20 plus I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership and it’s employes. Customer service is 2nd to NONE! I found a used Ford F250 on Car Gurus so I contacted the dealership and was put in touch with Brian Stubbs. Brian worked with me over the phone on ge I found a used Ford F250 on Car Gurus so I contacted the dealership and was put in touch with Brian Stubbs. Brian worked with me over the phone on getting me financed and a few other small details. I drove over to Russellville and signed the papers and was on my way. After having my truck for 2 days the service engine light came on. The truck had 51,000 miles so the only warranty left was drive train. I called Brian and let him know and he asked me to bring the truck back and they would get it taken care of and give me a loaner to drive until then. After 2 days Brian called and let me know my truck was ready and they would bring it back to me. They brought it back to me and the service light came on again the next day. I took it back to them again and this time they took it to the Ford place to try and remedy it. Again, they gave me a loaner. After 2 weeks, they called and had my truck ready. They had to replace the exhaust system ($3800) and took care of all of it. Brad Hottinger, the store manager, was very helpful and assured me through the entire process that they would take care of me and they did just that from fixing my truck at no charge to me to providing me with a comparable truck until mine was ready. Thank you Brian Stubbs and Brad Hottinger for everything! More

Bad idea Wouldn’t honor my car care plan that I purchased when I bought the truck because I didn’t buy it from them !! Bad thing about it is while I was getting the service I was in the front with a salesman looking at a new car for my wife but I guess I’ll buy somewhere else now !! More
