I have been very loyal to this dealership for the last 28 years. I have bought over 16 cars from them, not counting all the vehicles my family has also purchased. I went in on a Saturday to confirm the promotion that was being run. I was assured that when the vehicle I wanted from another dealership arrived, it would apply to the car I was fixing to purchase. Two days later, the vehicle arrived, and when I went in to do the paperwork, the promotion suddenly was not available any more after being assured two days prior it would be. Very frustrating. What should have been a 2.9% interest ended up being a 5.9% interest. Lesson learned to get this in writing. I was also very disappointed that the new vehicle was driven from the dealership to the purchasing dealership. It had 5 miles on it. When it got to the purchasing dealership, it had 198 miles. Why would this not be trailered from one dealership to the other? Very frustrating experience. More

All preowned have to be run thru their service department prior to being put out for sale . This was my 3rd new vehicle purchase from Phil Wright and I have been buying from them for over 12 years. Once you do business with them you won’t want to buy from anywhere else.
