I originally went to the dealership just to get an oil change. Brad was very friendly and provided good customer service. They also checked my car overall and told me I needed a new tire because there was change. Brad was very friendly and provided good customer service. They also checked my car overall and told me I needed a new tire because there was a nail in it, and my windshield wipers were scratching my front window. I wasn’t sure about that at the time. I asked a family member to check the tire to see if there really was a nail in the front driver’s side tire. It turned out it wasn’t a nail; it was a tiny staple that could be easily removed, so my tire didn’t need to be replaced. The same goes for the wipers—they weren’t damaging my windshield. I feel upset because I was told lies about needing a new tire and wipers. Now I don’t trust going back to that dealership because I believe they were just trying to make money off me by giving false information. More
