Over the years, as a single woman, I've had some bad experiences getting my cars serviced. Always nice people to deal with in service. All the young gentlemen are always so polite and courteous. I always ask for Mike Needham because of his extensive knowledge in vehicles. Kevin Hickle, a sales and leasing agent at Subaru of Jacksonville, called me after I had brought my 2019 Ascent in to be serviced. He introduced himself and asked if I would consider a trade in on my car. There was absolutely no pressure, and he told me just to think about it. Two weeks later I was driving my new Subaru. Kevin was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and totally trust worthy. He made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I am so impressed with him and the company.
