Over the years, as a single woman, I've had some bad experiences getting my cars serviced. I've been over-billed, had unnecessary repairs, etc. With Suburu of Jax’s Service Department, I feel like I' experiences getting my cars serviced. I've been over-billed, had unnecessary repairs, etc. With Suburu of Jax’s Service Department, I feel like I'm given the details I need to make an informed decision. And above all, people are just plain nice! Thank you Suburu of Jax for years of outstanding service!!! More

Always nice people to deal with in service. All the young gentlemen are always so polite and courteous. I always ask for Mike Needham because of his extensive knowledge in vehicles. I watched him take care of 2 different customers this morning who seemed upset with an issue with their vehicles. He obviously took care of the problem and I think one of them went to look at a new vehicle. Good people and fast service. More

Kevin Hickle, a sales and leasing agent at Subaru of Jacksonville, c Who would have thought anyone could write that regarding the purchase of a car?! Kevin Hickle, a sales and leasing agent at Subaru of Jacksonville, called me after I had brought my 2019 Ascent in to be serviced. He introduced himself and asked if I would consider a trade in on my car. There was absolutely no pressure, and he told me just to think about it. Two weeks later I was driving my new Subaru. Kevin was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and totally trust worthy. He made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I am so impressed with him and the company. For a great car and a great person within the company, go to Subaru of Jax and ask for Kevin!!! More

From the moment we pulled up on the service line, we were greeted as if we were friends. We were directed to Brad North who quickly comprehended the problem and assigned the proper service technician. We wer greeted as if we were friends. In the days that followed Brad called several times to update us on the status of the repair, and once again called to give us a heads-up of the expected completion. This dealership is customer oriented with caring professional staff that are well trained in what they do. Subaru should be proud to have them represent the brand. More
