Always nice people to deal with in service. All the young gentlemen are always so polite and courteous. I always ask for Mike Needham because of his extensive knowledge in vehicles. I watched him take care of 2 different customers this morning who seemed upset with an issue with their vehicles. He obviously took care of the problem and I think one of them went to look at a new vehicle. Good people and fast service. More

What a pleasant experience! Who would have thought anyone could write that regarding the purchase of a car?! Kevin Hickle, a sales and leasing agent at Subaru of Jacksonville, c Who would have thought anyone could write that regarding the purchase of a car?! Kevin Hickle, a sales and leasing agent at Subaru of Jacksonville, called me after I had brought my 2019 Ascent in to be serviced. He introduced himself and asked if I would consider a trade in on my car. There was absolutely no pressure, and he told me just to think about it. Two weeks later I was driving my new Subaru. Kevin was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and totally trust worthy. He made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I am so impressed with him and the company. For a great car and a great person within the company, go to Subaru of Jax and ask for Kevin!!! More

From the moment we pulled up on the service line, we were greeted as if we were friends. We were directed to Brad North who quickly comprehended the problem and assigned the proper service technician. We wer greeted as if we were friends. We were directed to Brad North who quickly comprehended the problem and assigned the proper service technician. We were provided a top notch (new) loaned car. In the days that followed Brad called several times to update us on the status of the repair, and once again called to give us a heads-up of the expected completion. This dealership is customer oriented with caring professional staff that are well trained in what they do. Subaru should be proud to have them represent the brand. More

Mike Needham and Brad had their schedule lined up to service my vehicle. Brad was able to accomplish majority of the work (oil change, nozzle, filters, wheel bearings), but a strut & Mount also needed service my vehicle. Brad was able to accomplish majority of the work (oil change, nozzle, filters, wheel bearings), but a strut & Mount also needed to be replaced, but needed to be special ordered from their Wearhouse. I could only come in on Saturday and Mike was present while Brad was off. Mike was able to get their master technician and a helper to replace the strut and mouth in about an hour while it was foreseen to be done in two hours without leasing out a loaner vehicle all thanks to heavy inspections in the prior days that I was there. More

They had my car for 7 months… when I picked it up it was covered in leaves, sticks, sludge and spiders. They had to replace the battery bc it went dead and left the old battery in my backseat. Brad has mechanic knowledge as a service advisor. He had done advisor checkups on deducing the probable causes that had lead to wind shield fluid nestle to be replaced and was able to identify wheel He had done advisor checkups on deducing the probable causes that had lead to wind shield fluid nestle to be replaced and was able to identify wheel bearing that had failed that the technician was able to confirm. I had that noise for some time and though the new tension pulley hasn't been fully adjusted to the engine. The technician had done even more further inspections than before and discovered even more things to be done in the near future. No one else was able to pick up on that situation until Brad discovered it. Brad is a one-of-a-kind service advisor that would care for clients that goes to him for help. More
