I was completely satisfied with my new car purchase at Heiser Chevrolet! When things were not right and they needed to be corrected then they made sure that was taken care of! Amy and Jason in sales were Heiser Chevrolet! When things were not right and they needed to be corrected then they made sure that was taken care of! Amy and Jason in sales were great! Whenever I need service with my car the service department is great! I work with Shawn mostly and he always takes care of things. I have also worked with the service manager Quinn. He makes sure I am satisfied and happy. Josh in finance was friendly to work with and explained everything. I just had my car in the body shop to have some body work done. Steve and Rob were friendly. They did a fantastic job with the repair! I would highly recommend Heiser Chevrolet to buy your next vehicle! More

The sales experience was fine. However the car had multiple code errors on the way home which should gave been found in the inspection they did. Fantastic Service - one stop does it all I am from a neighboring state, and when I found that Heiser had exactly the vehicle I was interested in, I took a chance and reached out. They got back to me very quickly, and after some good communications we had things all worked out so that I was able to show up late one morning, and have everything done (including loan and out-of-state license plate and registration) by early afternoon, so I could take my beautiful new 2020 Blazer home.
