My entire automotive career has been spent at Crown over the past 20 years. Graduate of Brother Martin High School and the University of New Orleans. My main source of business comes from repeat customers and referrals. I pride myself on taking care of my customers before, during and after the sale and making sure their purchase experience exceeds their expectations. My husband and I met with the finance guy by the name of Don who went over everything from extended warranty and tire deal etc. He then printed up all paperwork and we signed that nice. we returned the next morning to pay for the SUV and drive it home. Crown Buick GMC I just purchased my 6th vehicle from Crown Buick GMC. The entire process of purchasing a new vehicle can produce loads of anxiety. But, Kirk and Bradl I just purchased my 6th vehicle from Crown Buick GMC. The entire process of purchasing a new vehicle can produce loads of anxiety. But, Kirk and Bradley made the entire experience pleasant. It went quick with no surprises. And, the reason I purchase GMCs is that Crown's Service Department is the best I've ever had experience with. They over-communicate and will do their best to put you in a loaner if they need to keep your vehicle overnight. Highly recommend this dealership! More
