Oil change, brake pad replacement. This was my first time at this dealership and the entire staff made it a great experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is a thirty minute drive from me, and I have a different Mitsubishi dealership five minutes away but I will definitely be returning to this one. Everything looked great so I applied for credit maybe 15 minutes later I received a phone call and set up a visit for the next day. That is when I met Brandon Brown who was nothing short of polite, friendly and relatable. He talked to me as if I was a friend and not like someone he was trying to sell a car to no matter what. I can be very indecisive and Brandon had all the patience in the world going above and beyond making my experience amazing.
