Excellent experience! I highly recommend Brandon Brown! Brandon is a super nice guy, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Brandon was genuinely concerned with my satisfaction of the vehicle, but Brandon is a super nice guy, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Brandon was genuinely concerned with my satisfaction of the vehicle, but also in the sales experience itself! 2016 Outlander 2WD Not 4WD as I Requested. I was very pleased in pass purchases but this time around was very unpleasant, I had the unexpectedly experience of seeing two salesman fight and cont I was very pleased in pass purchases but this time around was very unpleasant, I had the unexpectedly experience of seeing two salesman fight and continuously argue throughout the whole salw over my business. It was so bad that that my salesman started to rush to finalize the sale that he completely forgot to make sure the car was 4WD as I requested and advise me that the new vehicle I was getting has everything the same as my previous vehicle the only difference is model change and one year newer. I called the dealership and got the run around from both sale person Jessie and management and was told they can give me a couple of details wish I decline and was then told there's nothing they could do for me even after the sale person Branden verbally stated that he sold me a 4WD and later said he thought it was after he was told it was a 2WD. More
