Scheduled in advance to have my sun roof seal replaced while I wait. 88$ part. 20 minute job. 1 hour later, they want to char Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. After a week of visiting several dealerships and receiving the same typical "car sales" experience, I was pleasantly surprised by how my first visit to Volkswagen of South Charlotte went. Within what felt like seconds of stepping onto the lot, Moe was exceptional in his guidance on making sure I got top value for my trade and helping me find the perfect car to fit my needs. After Moe helped me find the car that had everything I was looking for (Taos), I was passed along to Brandon (sales manager) who was able to work out the perfect deal for me. To wrap things up, Alex in the finance department explained all of the financing aspects and helped me to understand the best options to protect my new car...and my safety! More
