We went to the dealer to evaluate a new Forester and to get an appraisal for our trade-in. BB greeted us in the parking lot and took good care of us. He was very knowledgeable about the Forester models. He get an appraisal for our trade-in. BB greeted us in the parking lot and took good care of us. He was patient with us as we considered all of our options and eventually brought out 4 vehicles for us. There was never any pressure or sense that he was in a hurry to close a deal right away. The trim-level, exterior color and interior color combination that we wanted was not in the dealer's inventory. The dealer had to get our vehicle from another dealer and install the accessories that were not already on the car. The cash price of the vehicle that we chose was as good as we had expected. The appraisal for our trade-in was actually better than expected. More
