Very good experience. I was able to research details online and see many photos. Then Taylor sent a video and talked us through the features. My wife and I knew many things about the car before actually online and see many photos. Then Taylor sent a video and talked us through the features. My wife and I knew many things about the car before actually seeing it at the dealership. Time was a challenge to get to the dealership but when we finally made it on a rainy night and Mitch gave us a good test drive. Having a trade in is not fun; never seem to get much. However, the rest of the experience was very good. We made another late trip to make the purchase and Taylor had the vehicle ready and we closed a deal in less than an hour believe it or not. I was dreading purchasing a new car (my 2002 Nissan had over 167,000 miles on it, hope the donation to a former homeless family loves it as much as I did). I was not too worried about specific color or features but wanted to have good visibility, sit up higher in my seat and have lots of room for "stuff" that I would usually store in the trunk. First I road tested the sedan and the smaller SUV, took two weeks off, did a little research and came back to test drive the Forester. I test drove the Sport vs the Premier and choose the Premier... I can see around the car well, I have not run over any curbs yet ;-) and I'm getting use to all the technology and beeps! Don't judge... you too will be old someday! Stay safe! More
