I hadn’t shopped for a new car in twelve years. Everyone was very welcoming. We were directed to Noel. He took his time with me asking what I might be interested in. He took me for a ride in one vehicle and I drove another vehicle which I then eliminated. So I decided to drive the Forester which I thought I would like and I felt quite comfortable in it and ultimately purchased. Brandon did a great job giving me the basics on the features of the controls. I would have liked to take my car home to clean it out and bring it back the next day with the title and spare key but I guess that’s not the procedure. Finance was handled very efficiently. It was a very busy day for me and with lots of customers and I don’t drive after dark especially with a new vehicle and Noel and Mario were wonderful to offer to drive me home after we finished our transactions. The next day I returned with the required items and I was more relaxed since I drove the vehicle in daylight for the first time but it’ll take me awhile to be very comfortable with all the features and of the touch screen. I’m sure I’ll be very happy with the Forester. More
