I think the whole no haggle thing is sort of a slap to loyal Subaru customers, especially one who has no problem traveling 8-10 hrs to pick up a car at the right price (we did this the last time when Ferg loyal Subaru customers, especially one who has no problem traveling 8-10 hrs to pick up a car at the right price (we did this the last time when Ferguson wouldn’t meet us with what we felt was a fair offer and went to Houston to get a car). And it’s not as if we were lowballing…simply asking to meet the documentation fee. Jacob was helpful and kept in contact although we were about to walk away. In the end our need to replace a car quickly. Also, the floor mats weren’t in the car at delivery and I had to go back 2 additional times to get them. They were definitely in the pictures (and included in the features on the listing) and they were in the car when we test drove it so we expected them to be there upon delivery. Jacob did go the extra mile to have the car detailed again. While we did t expect the car to be perfect we did expect it to be clean and it wasn’t the first time we test drove it. We know things happen when kids are in the car but we do expect those items/things to be remedied. Jacob did get it detailed and cleaned again and very much to our satisfaction. More
