CAN YOU SAY BAIT AND SWITCH DON’T BUY HERE THATS WHAT YOU MAY GET HERE LIKE I DID. I was quoted a price by the finance Manager Arthur the night before and I again on 3 occasions on a recorded conversation t MAY GET HERE LIKE I DID. I was quoted a price by the finance Manager Arthur the night before and I again on 3 occasions on a recorded conversation that it was in fact the 2023 MDX Type S Advanced he said YES all 3 times and gave me the same price of $1155 a month. The day I was supposed to arrive I get a call from the dealership 3 times to see what time I was going to arrive even one call from Brandon the finance MGR and all 3 times I verified the price was for the MDX Type S Advanced again on a recorded call and all 3 times I was told yes. When I arrived the MDX TYPE S ADVANCED was waiting for me to test drive when I told them I would buy the vehicle. This is WHERE THE BAIT AND SWITCHED occurred. I was told by Brandon the Finance Manager on duty that the price they had given me was incorrect and the new price was over $300 more per Month for the lease I wanted. I asked if that was the case why would they have the Type S advanced ready for me to test drive and not the vehicle he said the price was for and he stuttered and had no answer and left off mumbling to himself. I then requested to speak to the GM he was not in supposedly, but then within 1/2 hour he called back HIS NAME IS JAVIA ANKUR. He was very inconsiderate and could care less what happened to me and the fact that I drove 70 miles to get played. JAVIA gave me excuses such as (keep in mind this is recorded) that Arthur the Mgr that gave me the price the night before is “Old” and has “has issues remembering or doing the right thing” and that “he has done this several times already” to, everyone makes mistakes to this was an honest mistake. I then informed him that regardless of how pretty he would paint this it is still a BAIT AND SWITCH. I then preceded to tell him I would write to the ownership of the dealership and he could care less and seem very unbothered but that which leads me to believe that OWNERSHIP PROMOTES THIS BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS I also told him I would blast this in as many social medias as I could and again he basically could care less again leading me to believe that this BAIT AND SWITCH tactics is accepted by ownership and that the bad reviews also don’t bother them More

They helped me reserve the car I wanted without me being there in person and worked out my trade value ahead of time. They kept me up to date on ETA and got me my car as soon as possible. They gave me a fai there in person and worked out my trade value ahead of time. They kept me up to date on ETA and got me my car as soon as possible. They gave me a fair deal given the market, there was no markup on my vehicle and no hidden fees. Very positive experience over all, I highly recommend Goodson Acura. Your new car service director took care of us after having a blowout just down the street. The service department was already closed but he allowed us to park our vehicle in the service bay due to incl having a blowout just down the street.
