He directed us to exactly the type of vehicle we were looking for. We were immediately deciding between two vehicles, but ultimately went with the Honda Pilot because of the reputable brand. I felt deceived I was told I would have $500 off of my purchase due to being a recent college graduate. After negotiating a price that I thought was fair I was happy I was told I would have $500 off of my purchase due to being a recent college graduate. After negotiating a price that I thought was fair I was happy because in my mind I was getting an extra $500 off. It wasn't until we started talking finance that the dealer told me that the $500 off was only through Honda financing. I feel as if the dealer purposely left that information out up front to lure me in to buying the car. I ended up getting the car through another bank at a better rate. I know $500 isn't a huge deal in the grand scheme of things but it's just the principle behind it all. More
