Super speedy service, filled out the online pre approval thing, and within 1 minute had received a call, made an appointment and was inside talking to Jeremy within an hour from the call, as first time buye thing, and within 1 minute had received a call, made an appointment and was inside talking to Jeremy within an hour from the call, as first time buyers, my wife and I were explained the whole process throughly with very polite and understanding communication. We had a pretty unique situation with our credit and loan capabilities and were concerned with our ability to finance but Jeremy knocked it out of the park and made it happen, he even gave us advice on how to grow our credit since we didn’t really have any credit, which was greatly appreciated.
