Totaled out to new ride I totalled out my truck on October 8,2015 at 828am. I immediately called Levi Smith and asked if he was available to help me find a new truck. Mr Salvati was very polite and understanding with my new circumstance. He was very patient with me and my 1000 questions. I'm very picky when it comes to my trucks and I informed him of what I was looking for. Almost immediately he took me out to truck and had a few in mind to show me. I drove 2....and he found my perfect truck. Now...with just totalling your truck you have time to wait for insurance,etc. To catch up. Levi and Brandon worked together with Mr Murphy and got me a loaner for a few days while they got my truck ready and then I was driving my truck til insurance was done and I was able to sign and get going. I've always had fords and now I have MY dealership at Mike Murphy Ford and my sales rep in Brandon Salvati. All my families vehicles are currently from Mike Murphy Ford....all 8 of them. I have a large family. More

Great Sales, Great personalities, no hassle on what we were I had initially talked to Brandon about trading in my car, he was very clear and honest about what we could do with my car as a trade in. My son opened contact with Nick and he was our final sales person. As a female you know it can be hard to get a good connection with most car salesmen but these guys are great. I never felt uncomfortable or preasured, or treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. Nick sat down, we gave him what we were looking for and he went through his inventory to fond "the perfect storm" of what we needed in the car for my son. With it being my sons first purchase, he pulled the right car that met our needs. The application process went as smooth as the sale. Everything was straight forward and concise about the used car we were purchasing and we never felt like they tried to hide any flaws that may or may not be of concern. After my last bad car buying experience I promise I won't be going anywhere else but Mike Murphy for my next cars to come! Thanks for making it a great experience Nick! More
