Oil change was done in a timely manner. We were pleasantly surprised to get a toy car for my grandson to play with and keep. We enjoyed the popcorn and drink while we waited. I bought the truck on 8-18-2018 including the express maintenance plan for 3 years at a cost of $595 added to my loan. The Dorsch Ford service guy told me it was only good for 7 oil and tire rotations so maintenance plan for 3 years at a cost of $595 added to my loan. The Dorsch Ford service guy told me it was only good for 7 oil and tire rotations so I had to pay for the oil change portion $38. Nowhere in the paperwork I have does it limit the number of oil changes, only a time limit of 3 years. I paid the $38 and left. For $595 and a limit of 7 oil/tire changes, that's a terrible but. That's my only comment all else ok. More

Promptly greeted. Knew who I was when I opened my door to get out. Clearly Explained what was going to happen and what it would cost. Waiting area was spacious and clean. Free soda available.
