I think they are too big to provide exceptional service. I had the feeling that they were more interested in making a sale when we bought the car. When we had a problem with it they offended us by treating I had the feeling that they were more interested in making a sale when we bought the car. When we had a problem with it they offended us by treating my wife as a dumb broad. It has left us with a bad opinion of the company. Not sure we would buy another car from them. My wife was driving in /green Bay when the engine light went on and the car ran rough, She drove to Dorsch, explained the problem. but they were not able to duplicate the problem. She was told that the service department is backed up and they don't know when they can diagnose the problem. My wife asked if there was a loaner she could use and was told that there are none available. The next day (July30) we rented a car from Enterprise and paid $900 for four days of rental. The next day I drove back and met with Brandon Vaniten who seemed surprised that we had to spend that much money. He told me that Dorsch has a relationship with Enterprise and he would see about having Dorsch provide a rental through Enterprise. Also, he said that he would see about getting the problem diagnosed soon. He was very helpful and professional. A couple days later we received a call from the service department that they found the possible problem. On August 4 Brandon left a message that Kia and Ethos (?) will cover the repairs. He expected the car to be repaired the next day. The next day Attila (?) called to say that the car will be done on the 6th. He called on the 6th to say it will be done by noon that day. Then he called to say that it is done and can be picked up on Friday, the next day. We picked up the car on the 7th. Dorsch covered the repair and the car rental. I am pleased with the result but am still irritated with the way my wife was treated by the first individual she dealt with. WE DO NOT HAVE HIS NAME. More
