Thomas did a wonderful job except for telling me that the dealership would help me if something was wrong with my car after I left. He said that the dealership would stand behind their cars! I had an issue with the car on the second day of owning it. I contacted Thomas and he said his manager said it was "as is" and there was nothing they would do. I understand I bought a used car, but to have an issue within less than 50 miles, that's just crazy. Brant was terrible! Just seemed like I was bothering him. I didn't feel valued one bit. More

The salesperson didn’t know anything about the vehicle I wanted to purchase, we also agreed on a price, the advertised price. When I inquired about the Dealer add ons , they originally told me I didn’t get them as I got the vehicle on sale, then backtracked and told me I did. Totally horrible experience, the only reason for 2 stars is the showroom was very nice and clean, other than that it would be a 1 star review. More
