Great Customer Service overall. This vehicle is our 6th vehicle purchased. I believe that I can say my wife and I have had our fair share of experience purchasing vehicles. Inna This vehicle is our 6th vehicle purchased. I believe that I can say my wife and I have had our fair share of experience purchasing vehicles. Inna was our Sales Representative and she went above our expectations for buying a new car. She was very fast and responsive. She didn't leave us waiting, and everything we asked she had a great answer. If she didn't know she found out, instead of feeding us nonsense. Our Sales Manager was Brandon. Another really great experience working with him. I was pre-approved by my credit union, but in the end I did get financed through Ford and they were able to beat my credit union. Surprising, but happy that worked out in our favor. Last but not least, Braylon was our finance manager. He was great to work with finalizing the deal. We brought our kids and my wife was in the car with them. Braylon made it easy and convenient for my wife, we were able to complete the paper work outside so we didn't have to worry about bringing the kids inside and them running crazy! Big thank you to Grand Prairie Ford. I'd definitely recommend them for new car sales. Thank you Inna, Brandon, and Braylon! More

He helped me set up an appointment, and that initial interaction is what made me feel comfortable enough to go in. Once I arrived, it only got better. Isaac was patient, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. He explained everything in a way that made sense and never tried to push or upsell me. It truly felt like he was on my side throughout the entire process. I also want to acknowledge the management team behind the scenes.
