This review is long overdue but we bought our first Audi from Brendan in June 2021! We first selected Audi Burlington, even though it's over an hour from our home (and there are other Audi dealerships locat from Brendan in June 2021! We first selected Audi Burlington, even though it's over an hour from our home (and there are other Audi dealerships located closer), because we knew Herb Chambers' dealerships had a good reputation and the dealership had more vehicles on property to choose from. I think we initially stumbled upon Brendan as he was coming down the stairs and we walked into the dealership. From the moment we started talking with him, it was an excellent experience. Brendan definitely has the "gift of the gab" and kept us laughing the entire time. My husband and I both agreed it was the best car buying experience we've ever had! Brendan took the time to explain every button within the vehicle, knew how the car operated, and answered every one of our questions. We felt like we were really being listened to and he understood what we were looking for in a vehicle. Brendan also gave us his cellphone number so I was able to text him with some questions as we coordinated the sale and after I first drove it home, which was great. I'm bad at writing reviews but better late than never as I wanted to be sure Brendan received the recognition! I bought a new Audi Q5 in June 2021, it's been a year and I still absolutely LOVE the car! I don't think I'll ever be able to not drive an Audi so we look forward to coming back to Audi Burlington in the future and hope to work with Brendan again! More
