I have called every day left messages for a call back even stopped in for answers on getting 2023 Jeep Renegade fixed there is no sound in the radio, no control for the heated seat and steering wheel. I even stopped in for answers on getting 2023 Jeep Renegade fixed there is no sound in the radio, no control for the heated seat and steering wheel. I feel like they sold me a lemon and don't care to get it fixed. The car died the night I bought it they had the car for a few days to get it fixed but the stereo wasn't working so they order one a month later. Still no resolve to get it fixed and I've had this jeep since November. No call back from service or the manager. They act like their so busy I even stopped in and no manager would come talk to me. The keys isn't programmed either and neither is the radio. I feel like a forgotten customer and they don't care after they sell you a vehicle. Once again its February and I've had this vehicle since November 12 with no heat control or radio or other functions because the console is out. I cant even use my phone cause their is no sound More

Fast and direct, at other dealerships they are not as transparent…they ask you to leave your car with no idea how long you will be out a car.
