Hello, everyone! My name is Bret Hines and I am a Service Advisor who has worked in the automotive industry for 30 years. In June of 2009, I became a part of the Rallye BMW team. Known as a nice, honest, and genuine guy who loves to joke around, but always gets the job done. My customers and co-workers can depend on me to help when needed. I am never pushy and always upfront; only sell our customers what they truly need. Making sure the vehicles of our guests are handled in a timely manner is my priority. A little about myself: I studied at SUNY Farmingdale. Enjoy discussions about muscle cars. I’m a big fan of the New York Rangers. Softball is one of my favorite hobbies. I also like going to car shows – I own a classic 1967 Chevy Chevelle. I have a true passion for helping others, which makes this the perfect career choice for me.

Brandon, told me that I had a nail in my tire on Thursday. He said, “it was too late to replace the tire that day because the dealership was closing @ 4 pm. He also, stated that the earliest that my Thursday. He said, “it was too late to replace the tire that day because the dealership was closing @ 4 pm. He also, stated that the earliest that my tire could be fixed would on Monday & I could bring my car in as early as 7am. I brought my car in Monday morning & waited for about 2 hours. Brandon, told me that there was not a nail in my tire & asked me who told me that there a nail in the tire. Of course I told him that he had told me that there was a nail in my tire. So, he put air in all 4 tires. The next day I went out to get drive my car and the computer indicated that my right front passenger side tire had 0 air pressure ( my tire was completely flat). I called for a tow truck and I asked to be assigned a new agent. Brandon, was totally unprofessional & he caused me unnecessary aggravation during the holiday season. Bret Hines, was wonderful & took care of my situation right away in a professional & respectful manner. He gets 5 stars!!! More

BMW should take firmer position with warranty companies to defend their customers for failure assessment. This should be specific to the exclusions for subjective failure such as rust. Since my last repair of my brake pads and water pump I have been noticing a problem with my interactive screen. It turns off and reboots every 10 minutes.
