I was drawn to Mike Murphy Ford because of the large selection of pickup trucks that were being displayed online. I was not disappointed when I arrived and began browsing. I was assisted promptly by a friendly sales staff member who listened closely to my particular vehicle request. That staff member directed me to a pickup truck which I purchased. We enjoyed our van buying experience. Tyler was engaging and honest about all parts of the process. After a horrible experience with another dealership in Morton, Rachel was anxious walking in, immediately and honest about all parts of the process. My husband and I just bought our new 2021 Ford Explorer from Paul Ekstam. We previously went to a different dealership earlier in the day and left there completely frustrated and upset. Going to Mike Murph from Paul Ekstam. We previously went to a different dealership earlier in the day and left there completely frustrated and upset. Going to Mike Murphy Ford was a completely different experience. Paul met with us and we explained our frustration with the other dealership and he promised this experience would be nothing like that and he was absolutely right. Paul pulled up multiple vehicles for us to look at and really listened to our needs and wants as a family. At no time did he try any gimmicks to get us into anything we didn't want. When it came to pricing our trade we were completely shocked at the value they were willing to give us vs. the previous dealership. We never had to wheel and deal with them to get a fair price. They nailed it on the first try! When it came to explaining pricing on the new vehicle Paul was great at going over everything with us in a way that didn't make it confusing or feel like they were trying to get one over on us. Overall, Paul and everyone Mike Murphy Ford changed my view on buying a new vehicle. We have already started recommending them to everyone we know and will definitely buying our next vehicle from them! More
