Very easy! Looked online for a used car in my budget and I filled out the online trade in and got Brent as my sales person randomly I got an email with my trade in info and it was what I expected. The next day got to the lot called Brent and he met us and let me take the car for a test drive ... he said take your time. I liked it he made a deal and had it all laid out on paper I agreed and purchased. Very easy transaction and simple even during COVID-19.... very clean, very good social awareness... even plexiglass glass up in the financial office with Todd. Well done Brent and team... even met Mike Murphy who thanked us for coming in and buying a car! More

Super easy purchase I started my search online and looked around for a couple of weeks looking for a deal that I was satisfied with. Once I found the truck I wanted I emailed the dealership to make sure the truck was still available and negotiated a price. I had all my numbers figured out and even I had my approval from my bank with a very low interest rate. All that all that was left was my trade in value from the dealership. I live 2 hours from Mike Murphy Ford. I drove there to get my trade in value and was giving exactly what I was looking for without me even telling them what I wanted. Brett Bergman then asked if I wanted to keep my finance through my bank. I told him that if he could get me a lower rate then I would go with that option. He assured me that he could get a lower rate and did!! Now I understand that every deal is different and no two are alike. What really makes Brett and Mike Murphy Ford stand out to me is the trust they give the buyer. When I arrived with my trade in and Brett and I started talking he said he could get me in the truck that day. I had nothing with me because I wasn't anticipating to buy for the simple reason that I wasn't for sure what my trade in value would be. Brett took some information from me and I signed one piece of paper and I was in my truck driving home!!!! Outstanding service and unwavering trust for the buyer!! By far my best car buying experience I have ever had in my life! More
