Misrepresented new loan details, and trade in vehicle loan payoff date. Given sales contract paperwork on a thumb drive which we couldn't open onc
Misrepresented new loan details, and trade in vehicle loan payoff date. Given sales contract paperwork on a thumb drive which we couldn't open once at home. Multiple phone calls and emails went unanswered for almost a week. We expressed our frustration about these issues, we were offered two free oil changes in addition to the free first oil change.
A Google review was posted with the details of our experience.
We arrived for our oil change appointment and while waiting visited the sales department to obtain the coupons/cards for the two complimentary oil changes to be told they would not be released until our Google review was changed.
We will not be blackmailed/intimidated by this or any other business.
Obviously we do not recommend this dealership.
