Groove Subaru is an awesome dealership in so many ways. She then got me connected with Luke in sales who was very thorough in listening to my needs without any pressure and gave me his time. I enjoyed test driving a couple of cars and ultimately made a decision to come back and purchase the next day.Luke was very thorough about every step for purchase in addition to helping me understand some of the technology that was new on the car. He has since followed up with me since purchase to make sure everything is going well with the new car. I also appreciated the excellent work of the finance department, they didn’t mind how late it was. I highly recommended Luke in sales and doing business with this dealership. More
