Best car buying experience ever. Brian was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and basically made buying our car a pleasure. Andrew got us in and out of his office quickly, which we really appr knowledgeable, professional, kind, and basically made buying our car a pleasure. Andrew got us in and out of his office quickly, which we really appreciated during this pandemic. (One star off the dealership as they need to do a better job ventilating the business office - perhaps a portable HEPA filter.) We will definitely return to BMW of Catosville the next time we shop for a car. More

I have purchased/leased two different vehicles from Brian and the experience has been wonderful. I work a very demanding job and he is willing to work around my schedule and communicate with me throughout th and the experience has been wonderful. They Did It!!!!!! I was told that I could not get out of my previous lease. It was a mess but Brian and Hassan got me out of it. Great Experience Sam and the entire team at BMW of Catonsville were outstanding to work with. Buying out of state was something I was nervous about, but my client adv Sam and the entire team at BMW of Catonsville were outstanding to work with. Buying out of state was something I was nervous about, but my client advisor (Brian Brennan) worked to make the process as seamless as possible. Once we settled on price, the rest of the details fell into place and I couldn't be more happier with both i3 vehicles we picked up! Ran into an issue with the printer while at the dealership which gave us a small hiccup that took a few hours to resolve, but that gave us more time to work with the BMW Genius and get comfortable with the car before leaving. Great experience and would buy from the team again!! More
