I HAVE LEASED AT LEAST 5 MAZDA'S AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL NOW. MY ONLY CAR IS THE CX 90 AND I TRULY HATE THIS CAR. I WENT IN FOR SERVICE AND LOW TIRE PRESSURE IN FRONT DRIVERS SIDE. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND WAITED OVER 3 AND A HALF HOURS AND THEY SAID I NEEDED A NEW TIRE. THE COST WAS $502 AND GAVE MY CREDIT CARD AND THE TOTAL BECAME $522. THEY SAID THEY ADDED A FEE FOR USING MY CREDIT CARD.THIS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. More

Andres was nothing short of amazing however, the people in the service department that were supposed to clean the car top off the fluids and just make the car presentable. We’re not doing their job. We had in the service department that were supposed to clean the car top off the fluids and just make the car presentable. We’re not doing their job. We had to send the car back at least four different times for it to be cleaned and detailed Which should not have happened a deal that could’ve taken two maybe three hours max took about 5 to 6 hours. They lied on the report and said that the car had been detailed and that the fluids were topped off when my son and I checked the fluids and got in the car for the test drive we found that the car was disgusting on the inside. There were things left from the previous owner. A lot of Vaseline smeared all over the inside of the middle console and the fluids under the hood were not topped off. Before a dealership post a car for sale they should always detail it top to bottom check every nook and cranny inside and outside the car to make sure that it’s presentable for the next person purchasing it. More

I have always had a positive experience from the first I walked into their show room, back in 2018 I when I bought my first Mazda to my most recent service visit. Every time I'm at the dealership the staff walked into their show room, back in 2018 I when I bought my first Mazda to my most recent service visit. Every time I'm at the dealership the staff is always friendly. The Facility is clean and bright. I usually schedule my service visits during the week. Instead of sitting at the guest area, I'll sit at table they use for sales. No one has ever asked me to move and sit in the designated area. I really appreciate that. It allows me p work in an area with less distractions. I tell everyone abut my service reps and how I feel free to ask questions about service recommendations on my SUV. I currently work with Juju, but if he's unavailable when I come a free rep will step in and get me checked in. I appreciate their team work! More
