The porter stayed with me until my car was towed and I was safely in the loaner car. Brian personally called my husband that night to discuss the situation with my car and reassured him that he will do everything in his power to work with us whatever the outcome would be. the outcome wasn't good and i needed to buy a new car. Then I met Simon who helped me find my new car and what an amazing experience i had. He was very knowledgeable about the range rover brand and took me on a few test drives to explore all the options. He is extremely honest and wanted to make sure I bought the car i wanted. We actually found a new car and friend! Best car buying experience I have ever had I went to this dealership unsure if I wanted to purchase an F-Pace or a Porsche Cayenne. I met Joe D'Ambra on the showroom floor and he spent time wi I went to this dealership unsure if I wanted to purchase an F-Pace or a Porsche Cayenne. I met Joe D'Ambra on the showroom floor and he spent time with me going over all of the options and features of the F-Pace. Then he went above and beyond to find me exactly the car that met all of my needs and more which was coming in on the next truck. He followed the car daily and kept me up to date. Then I stopped in to put a deposit down to hold the car and they were having an employee food truck event and they invited me to have lunch with the employees. I stood in line to get my food and they have the nicest employees. Everyone at this dealership treats you like family and truly go above and beyond for you in every way possible. I cannot say enough good things about Joe, sales manager Dan and the top notch dealership you run Brian. More

Derek even made time on a second day for my wife to come test drive an additional car to make sure she was getting the car she wanted! He was a gentleman and answered all of her questions and even went above and beyond to make sure she was getting the best price, and a few extras she wanted! The whole team from the business manager Morgan Kin to the dealer managers Brian Del Negro and Dan Collins, made this a great experience. After most car buying experiences , you feel like you lost your shirt, but not at this dealership and not with this team. We will continue to buy new and used cars from this dealer as long as we live in Fort Myers! More

Treated Like Old Friends We go out of our way to re-visit this dealer where we are treated with respect, fairly, no fake numbers. We've previously leased a Jaguar from them, We go out of our way to re-visit this dealer where we are treated with respect, fairly, no fake numbers. We've previously leased a Jaguar from them, helped by their offering to buy out a leas-end vehicle from another manufacturer. This time is was for a small SUV - Land Rover Evoque. We're currently owners of two homes (Ugh) and could not quite swing the payments. But the management and staff were happy to see us and gave us accurate lease numbers on the first try. Other small SUV dealers have been a horror show, smoke & mirrors, to the point where I now would visit them armed with my financial analysis. Not here - straightforward and upfront. We'll be back for the next vehicle when our house sells. More
