Will Rivera was horrible to work with and actually bought me to tears in the dealership when he told me the decision I was making "stupid" on issues I was having on the first dodge that I bought from the dealership. My interaction with him made me question about doing any other business with the dealership. Luckily Stephen Joseph was there to help rectify the situation "somewhat".
