Extremely helpful - helped me find my perfect car I had been looking for a while at the Jeep Wrangler JLs. I found the car I thought I wanted on the Eastchester website - but through help from Jimmy S I had been looking for a while at the Jeep Wrangler JLs. I found the car I thought I wanted on the Eastchester website - but through help from Jimmy S at Eastchester I found an even better one. The test drive, option selection, and leasing process were great. I was excited about the pickup and Eastchester made it extra special. I have had the car for ten days and I love it! Javier made buying and test driving my new a smooth process without making me feel pressured. He was kind and patient. Will Rivera was horrible to work with and actually bought me to tears in the dealership when he told me the decision I was making "stupid" on issues I was having on the first dodge that I bought from the dealership. My interaction with him made me question about doing any other business with the dealership. Luckily Stephen Joseph was there to help rectify the situation "somewhat". The initial experience I had purchasing my car at this dealership taught me a lot of dos and don'ts when I purchase my next vehicle. More
