Great responsiveness. I called in the morning and had an appointment for 1:00 pm for regular maintenance. My 2012 PriusC has over 133,000 miles and the only thing I've done it get it serviced regularly at G appointment for 1:00 pm for regular maintenance. They always want to sell you extra stuff.
