Carlos H. was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in showing us various trims to help us establish a range of options for us to consider. Once we selected a car with the features we wanted, we worked with Brian H. to negotiate a great deal on a 36mo lease. Brian was open and receptive to our requests throughout the negotiation process. He was a great listener and responded rationally. We dealt with him openly and honestly and he certainly reciprocated. Fernando V. in finance was also organized and knowledgeable.
