Only fixing what needs to be fixed and satisfying all of my special requests, saves me money. Recently, my son needed work on his 2008 Mustang. Other dealers advised him that they did not have technicians that could perform the work he required at a time that would be convenient for my busy college bound son. I called Walker and spoke with Brian. He answered all of my questions, understanding with great knowledge what the problem was. In addition he immediately scheduled an appointment for first thing Saturday morning, so my son could get back to his busy life. I am very grateful to the staff at Walker Ford and have never known a better Service manager than Ryan. More

The shuttle is also very convenient for routine maintenance, they get me to work with ease and pick me up to get back on the road without any problems. Oh! And getting all tires rotated and an alignment for $100, can't beat that with a stick! More

Another Great Experience I was reminded via email that my car was due for service. I had an issue also with the air bag light staying on. I called my service write, Mike Olsen I was reminded via email that my car was due for service. I had an issue also with the air bag light staying on. I called my service write, Mike Olsen, and he scheduled my appointment. I brought it in and was greeted by Brian who is also a service writer. He was so friendly and efficient. I told him I was scheduled with Mike and he promptly got him. The car was immediately taken back and service. Mike informed me that the air bag was disengaged because of a wiring issue. They fixed it in less then 20 minutes. As usual, the service was excellent, communication flawless and the friendliness was awesome. I live up in Gainesville and will continue to take my car to them as long as I own it because I trust them! Thank you Mike, Brian and the guys who performed the work! More

Fast response to dead battery problem After 3 weeks being inactive, my 2014 Ford Escape would not start. Called Brian, who recommended Ford Roadside assistance to jump start and then takin After 3 weeks being inactive, my 2014 Ford Escape would not start. After about three hours total from my call, the car had a brand new battery (under warranty) and was back being operational. More

Warranty service Service advisors are friendly and helpful. The work order I wish was more detailed and offered more recommendations on work needed. Both times only me Service advisors are friendly and helpful. The work order I wish was more detailed and offered more recommendations on work needed. Both times only mentioned 1-2things but never mentioned rubber door seals which is obviously warn and torn around rear door. When I pick the car up its never washed and cleaned which lexus does for my other vehicle. I personally don't feel that extra wow factor but the work is always done as requested nothing more nothing less. More
