I've been purchasing my cars from this dealer since the early 1990's and and they are great. I've purchased 7 cars from them and 6 from the same salesman, he's now retired and I have a new one, Rene Lapaz early 1990's and and they are great. The Service Department has always been great, they are informative and helpful and they take care of you, the personal service is wonderful. I had an issue with my loaner and Eric and Brian Matthews worked it all out. I can't imagine purchasing a car anywhere else!! More

One of service manager was talking very rules to me when brought my Lexus at the Sharon Lexus dealership. I brought my UX Lexus only for 3 months and have so many problems. Card won’t start, engine noise, a brought my Lexus at the Sharon Lexus dealership. I brought my UX Lexus only for 3 months and have so many problems. Card won’t start, engine noise, and today I have flat tire with no nail on it. They want to charge me for $450 to replace the new tire. I asked for help to get some discount for the new tire and he told me there’s no warranty on the tire which I understand, but I only ask for some discount for installation. He said either you want to replace it or not. There not help. I’m so disappointed and very sad that I brought my Lexus here. More
