Deteriorating service Taking too long and the complimentary car wash was not done properly! It was still very dirty and not looked like being washed at all. As always, superior experience. Took delivery of a 2019 E450 coupe in 2018 and a 2020 GLC300 in Dec. 2019. Both cars are amazing. Have been dealing with Doug Greces over 35 years. Recommend him to anyone. Robert Lisi helped me get acclimated with both cars. Very easy going, helpful, knowledgeable. Have dealt with Brian and Victor in service for all cars over the past # of years. More

Fast and effective service I arrived at 7:30am for a regular service appointment. Garage doors opened on time and I was quickly and efficiently welcomed. Although my service manager was running late that morning, a colleague met with me. I was done in under two hours and my service manager (Jeff) handled all the paperwork with the leasing company (Emkay) after I left. Thank you! More
