Service A I went for a Service A, which I reserved online. However when I went there my reservation didn't show up in the system. Though I had to wait there for 2 hours I am happy with the service. It would have been nice if the online reservation showed up in the system and I'd have got a rental car as requested instead of waiting there for the service. More
