great purchase I began my visit to phillips chevrolet buy looking out at the new traverses on their lot without being bothered by anyone which was exactly what i had I began my visit to phillips chevrolet buy looking out at the new traverses on their lot without being bothered by anyone which was exactly what i had hoped for so i could concentrate on my choices. when i went in dealership i was greeted by joe hamdan who would become mine,wendy, and rebeccas salesman ,let me say i had the best experience with joe, he was very courteous in the way he handled himself, he listened to our wants and needs and put together along with brian McMahon a package for a new 2014 traverse Lt that fit our needs perfectly, joe explained all of the details of the vehicle to us in great fashion and had the traverse detailed immaculately when we were ready to take the vehicle home. the best part of the whole experience was that joe was himself and we new we were dealing with a true gentleman , which made our choice even easier than it already was.brian did a great job with giving us different options for our financing and putting together the best deal possible,spent a good deal of time making sure we got exactly what we wanted which was the best deal available without the bartering back and forth which was a pleasure in itself. a big thanks to phillips chevrolet, brian McMahon , and a really big thanks to joe who put a very big smile on our faces!!!!!! mike,wendy & rebecca trlak More

We shopped online for two months looking for the right deal on a new Chevy Malibu. Phillips Chevrolet had the lowest internet price I could find within 100 miles of our home, so we drove up to look at the deal on a new Chevy Malibu. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mike Ferris, the sales rep we would be working with. Our experience with Mike was outstanding, a nice and knowledgeable guy who answered all of our questions in a timely manner and did everything on his end to make sure our experience was second to none. From Lisa, who answered my phone call, to Mike Ferris, our sales rep, to Brian McMahan the general manager, to Eric Sieloff in finance, this is a class act dealership. His kindness was so great My husband came back a week later and purchased a vehicle from Phillips Chevrolet himself.
