Just like their slogan says”we go out of their to please you” they do just that. Cameron McKenna our sales person did everything he could do to get us in the car we wanted with the correct payment. The car you” they do just that. Cameron McKenna our sales person did everything he could do to get us in the car we wanted with the correct payment. The car was on ordered with a delay do to Covid related issues and he kept me posted through order dates to delivery dates. Also the Ryan the finance person helped us with some options to purchase also. I highly recommend Mohawk and Cameron to anyone. More

I recently just purchased my second used car from Mohawk Honda, and it was a great experience, just like it was the first time. My salesman Jake Hewitt was incredibly helpful and made sure to find a car tha Honda, and it was a great experience, just like it was the first time. My salesman Jake Hewitt was incredibly helpful and made sure to find a car that fit my budget but also fit the criteria I was looking for. It was awesome to have the salesman from my first visit (John Lucas) assist in crunching some numbers for my second car purchase. Adan showed me how everything worked in my new car, and made the experience so fun. I am a visual learner and he took his time to show me how everything worked. Brian Rae in finance was great, he explained everything clearly and made sure all my paperwork went through as quickly as possible because I wanted the car ASAP (I test drove and took the car home in the same day). While I was waiting for the paperwork to go through there was live music, and staff members kept asking if I needed anything to eat or drink, and it was just a really great customer service experience. I will always go to Mohawk Honda as the customer service is exceptional. More

The entire staff at Mohawk Honda was wonderful throughout the entire purchase process. This was our best car buying experience at a dealership. We went in looking for a basic model without a lot of bells and whistles. The salesman, Tony, showed us a basic model as well as the next step up, bo We went in looking for a basic model without a lot of bells and whistles. The salesman, Tony, showed us a basic model as well as the next step up, both in the price range we requested. We were able to drive both vehicles and chose the basic model. There was no pressure to upsell, because he really wanted us to have the vehicle that best suited us. He was very personable and down to earth and truly focused on what we wanted in the car. I'd heard good things about Mohawk Honda before going (which is why we went in the first place) and they lived up to them and more. What surprised us is when we made our choice, it was a little after four on a Friday afternoon, he asked us when we'd like to pick it up and we said pretty much anytime. His answer was, "How about tomorrow?" They lived up to it and the next day, which was a Saturday, we drove the vehicle home and he was genuinely excited for us and glad we got the car we wanted. Brian handled the financial aspect and treated us with courtesy and made sure everything was handled ok for us. I highly recommend them and will recommend them to others I know who are car shopping. More
