Kern Swoboda went out of his way to assist. Spent more than adequate time showing me vehicles that met my functionality requirements. My wife and I have known Mark Ellis for awhile now. He’s a great guy who always has your best interest in mind. Our family needed a bigger car and there was no choice in going back to Mark a second tim He’s a great guy who always has your best interest in mind. Our family needed a bigger car and there was no choice in going back to Mark a second time. Mark worked tirelessly to get us a car that made sense for our family and financially. We ended up trading in the car he sold us 3 years ago for a new CRV which we absolutely love! Without Marks effort we would be in a much worse situation either in a car we simply settled on or paying more than we wanted. As always, the staff overall at Mohawk Honda are helpful, polite, and hardworking. Thank you again Mark! I know we’ll be returning yet again when it’s time to upgrade! More

The entire team treated us very well, professionally and courteously. The only suggestion I would have is to move the decision to buy the protection plan on a lease vehicle to the beginning of the deal and not at the end when you think you have your payment set until they offer you the three different types of protection programs.
