I have been to three other licensed Hyundai dealerships for this same problem and all of the other three could not figure out what was wrong, or tried to tell me it was just something that can’t be explain for this same problem and all of the other three could not figure out what was wrong, or tried to tell me it was just something that can’t be explained (which is ridiculous). We are still waiting on the part to come in before we know whether or not the problem has been fixed, but Luther Bloomington Hyundai has been super helpful and it is obvious to me that they are far more competent than the Walser Hyundai or Mankato Hyundai dealerships. Hopefully, this part will fix the problem but, even if it doesn’t, Luther has already provided an infinitely better experience and I have much more confidence in their care than their competitors’. It’s unfortunate that the part is taking about two weeks to be ready, but that’s not really anyone’s fault. More

Rack&pinion repair on my Genesis I was provided with a Hyundai loaner with out fuel and It look like the vehicle wasn’t sanitize. The fuel was a quart of the tank I took photos of it but I left it with a Hyundai loaner with out fuel and It look like the vehicle wasn’t sanitize. We worked primarily with Abdi to purchase a new vehicle and trade in our old vehicle. He was responsive, attentive, and shared tons of detailed information about the car that I never would have known other and trade in our old vehicle. We felt both taken care of and like we weren’t being pressured or pushed into the purchase. We would highly recommend working with him specifically! While we were going through the purchase process we also interacted with the sales manager and a financing specialist - both were great to work with as well. We will definitely be recommending this dealership for family and friends looking to purchase and will be returning for service appointments ourselves! More

I leased a car in 2017 and then decided to lease again this year 2 months before my lease was up. I was told that it was perfectly fine to do that and that there would be no penalty to do so. Not true. M this year 2 months before my lease was up. I was told that it was perfectly fine to do that and that there would be no penalty to do so. Not true. Months later I get a call from Hyundai Finance that I owe close to $1,000 on my old lease! The dealership said they would cover part of it, but I’m still on the hook for the balance. I’ve leased many cars from many dealers over the years and have never had issues from other dealers. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never lease from Luther or a Hyundai again. When my lease ends, I guess I’ll have to pay the $400 turn in fee, but at least I’ll be done and can go back to one of the other dealerships that know how to treat their customers. More
