I recently purchased my first car with Brian at Audi Silver Spring. Brian was nothing short of amazing!! My daughter was getting restless as the paperwork portion takes some time, he was quick to bring Silver Spring. Brian was nothing short of amazing!! Brian was so understanding about this being my first car purchase, Brian did not make me feel pressured to buy, but instead listed to all of my hesitations and reassured me in all of my doubts and questions. I did not make it the easiest transaction for them as I had found the exact car I wanted which was in Fremont California. Tom and Brian arranged for the car to be shipped back to your dealership and all went really smoothly from my viewpoint and considering all the work they did behind the scenes to make it happen. I am not a huge fan when buying cars and the process needed to make it happen. But what I experienced was the best and easiest transaction I have ever done. I realize you must receive emails and phone calls from people who complain or expectations that were not met. Personally, I think it’s just as important to let you know when things actually go right. Best Car Buying Experience Ever Dan and the team at Silver Spring Audi were great. Dan worked with me through the entire process, and especially during times like these where syncing schedules isn't easy he worked with me to get the best deal possible when I was in and out of the dealership. Dan and the team were knowledge and also listened to what specific needs I wanted in a vehicle. Everyone was honest and didn't push any expensive products I wouldn't be interested in, I can't say that happens at a lot of dealerships but this was refreshing. I would recommend Dan and the Audi Silver Spring team to anyone, and have even discussed with friends who have purchased Audi's at other regional locations to come here. More
