I purchased my first Audi yesterday. The idea of buying a car has always been a bit daunting to me- but, this experience with Rich and the team really changed my perceptions of car buyin The idea of buying a car has always been a bit daunting to me- but, this experience with Rich and the team really changed my perceptions of car buying. I had a very good experience- Rich was incredibly knowledgable about the Audi brand and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He is also very easy to work with- approachable, friendly, and not pushy. I felt very comfortable throughout the process. All of my expectations were far exceeded. I'd highly recommend this Audi branch and salesman. I had to drive a bit to get to this branch- and I would do it again in the future. More

I purchased my new Audi Q7 at Audi Silver Springs and worked with a great team. Sergio was awesome to work with and took the time to answer all my questions both in person and over the phone. Alex made the entire process a breeze! The vehicle was so new to the dealership that the photos weren't online yet so he took some of his own and sent them to me personally.
