Fustrating My second experience with this service center, still leaves me expecting better. I was told the operation started at 6 AM. I was second on line at 5:4 My second experience with this service center, still leaves me expecting better. I was told the operation started at 6 AM. I was second on line at 5:45 AM and we waited till 6:27 to be written up for the FIRST OIL CHANGE. & a recall that required a computer update. I did not receive car back till 8:00 AM. Your staff needs to have operation ready to RECEIVE CARS WHEN YOU OPEN AT 6:00 AM, you should not be having YOUR CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR THEM TO MOVE CARS., panel trucks in & out. You need to respect the time of your customers, if you say 6 AM then they (the staff) have to be in at 5:30 and be ready to write up work orders at 6:00 AM. More

Car care yes, customer care no ! Got to service dept. early, checked in our car, waited over 1 hour for oil change and tire rotation, then hadda wait 1/2 hour to get car. 2 hours tota Got to service dept. early, checked in our car, waited over 1 hour for oil change and tire rotation, then hadda wait 1/2 hour to get car. 2 hours total. My neighborhood service station would have been much faster and friendlier ! More

Jay and Brian Today I brought my Jeep in for service and was amazing by how well both Jay and Brian were so helpful. I’ve had my experiences with many dealerships a Today I brought my Jeep in for service and was amazing by how well both Jay and Brian were so helpful. I’ve had my experiences with many dealerships and service attendants in the past but this is by far the best interaction I’ve had. We need more people in the world like them with such an interest in helping people and ensuring the customers recieve the best experience. People like them are herd to come by.
