Brianna was great to work with. However their sales manager, Sean, was difficult. Example of this was when they were putting an in transit sticker on my newly purchased vehicle, the However their sales manager, Sean, was difficult. Example of this was when they were putting an in transit sticker on my newly purchased vehicle, their service tech scratched my car. When he came back out he was very rude. Offered zero apology, and was rude during the discussion. He tried to minimize it and dismiss it as not being a big deal. He did finally concede and offered me small monetary compensation. More

Suk was friendly, kind, and effective. He gave me space to explore the car I had my eyes on, and was never pushy like some car places. Before going to Courtesy Acura I had gone to 12 or so different car lots. Out of all of them, Courtesy Acura was the nicest, well-kept, and low pressure place. When I decided on the car, it was streamlined and all my questions were answered quickly. They fit the car into the repair schedule the next day to fix a small thing I wanted on the car, and they detailed it to look immaculate! The car is beautiful, and I couldn't be happier.
